Pledge Treasurer, Bob Malone
As pledge treasurer, I record the weekly deposits, report to the treasurer monthly and on a quarterly basis, send statements to all individuals that have made donations to St. Michaels. In order to assist, both the vestry and the parish, in understanding the current statues of our cash flow, a quarterly letter is mailed with the statements, discussing our current collection trends to budget. There is also an annual report submited in January at the Parish Meeting.Pledge and nonpledge information is considered personal and is therefore managed confidentially.
