New Members, Theresa Campbell
This is a ministry for those interested in sharing their gifts of hospitality and networking to welcome visitors and help integrate new members into St. Michael’s community. Opportunities include serving on a team of “Greeters” and hosting events for newcomers. Greeters will be assigned specific Sundays to be on duty to welcome newcomers, handout newcomer bags, help visitors fill out forms, and invite visitors/newcomers to coffee hour. During coffee hour, Greeters will look out for recent newcomers and introduce them to other parishioners.New Member ministry members will host a newcomer dinner or reception to be held twice a year to greet newcomers and introduce them to the vestry.
